3 Ingredient Malteser Ice-cream

You don’t need an ice cream maker to churn a batch of this delicious ice cream!  Packed with rich, this is an ice cram that you will love.

Apparently no-churn ice cream is a thing, a big thing.  This might be the most dangerous fact I’ve ever learned.   I had no idea how easy it would be to make the real deal sans fancy machine.   Seriously, you whip some cream, combine it with a sweetened condensed milk and a flavour mixture and freeze for a few hours.  I actually stopped myself from buying more than one large container of heavy whipping cream. It was difficult.

Luckily I did have some help in eating this batch of Malteser Ice Cream.  Infused with Malteser’s Teasers Spread AND Malteser chunks, it is heavy on the Malteser flavour in a very good way.  I used it for ice cream sundaes and a couple of milkshakes (just some milk and ice cream blended together).

Part of me wants to make this recipe over and over again throughout the winter, but I have too many other flavors I’m dying to try.  Although, I would love to have a giant scoop of this ice cream stuffed into these cookies.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Chill Time: 6 hours
Serves: 8-10 portions

500 ml heavy cream (cold)
350 g sweetened condensed milk
200g Malteser teasers paste

In a bowl mix the condensed milk and malteser paste until well combined.

In another bowl, whip you heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Fold in your cream mixture into your malteser mixture and gently stir until everything is just incorporated.

Pour the mixture into a loaf tin and cover with cling film.

Chill in the freezer for at least 6 hour or overnight before serving.
