Healthy Fruit Lollies

Hey Guys! So although summer is pretty much over, I decided to sneak in one last quick and easy summer recipe. I was in the mood for something refreshing and light and decided to make some popsicles. I used whatever I had in my fridge, which ended up being natural and organic orange juice and frozen berries!

The amazing thing about these is that they are super healthy with no added sugar and only use 2 ingredients - it's really as simple as that.

Theres not really much else to say about these, so if you're still one of those lucky few enjoying the summer weather (or not for that matter), give these easy lollies a go!

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooling Time: 3-4 hours
Serves: 

Ingredients: 

Natural Apple Juice
Mixed Frozen Berries

Method:

Pour apple juice into your moldS until 3/4 the way full.

Chop frozen berries into small pieces and add a handful into each mold.

Freeze for half an hour then take out to insert lolly stick.

Place back into freezer for an additional 3-4 hours before serving.

Tip: If the popsicle is not coming out of the mold, run it under some hot water to remove easily.
